Summary: SFDC Administrator for the IQVIA OCE (CRM) Technical Offerings team to support Salesforce systems and managed packages.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration.
•    Understand healthcare domain and CRM product modules on SFDC Sales Cloud.
•    Complete internal product certifications.
•    Demonstrate strong knowledge of Salesforce business administration.
•    Support data integration layers/flows using SOQL for data analysis.
•    Handle admin changes and provide business admin solutions.
•    Share knowledge and best practices with the CRM Salesforce Support team.
•    Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks (e.g., creating accounts/profiles, updating layouts, reports, dashboards).
•    Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide recommendations.
•    Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
•    Work independently with onsite stakeholders.
•    Quickly ramp up on existing products/processes and provide efficient solutions/support.
•    Keep stakeholders informed about technical issues and progress.
•    Assist application support teams with incident management.
•    Participate in audits and ensure compliance.
•    Willing to work in shifts (mostly UK/Europe hours, 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST) to support global clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
•    Experience in production support service operations/managed services teams.
•    Demonstrated technical SFDC business administration experience.
•    2 to 4 years of IT experience in SFDC solution delivery.
•    Salesforce ADMIN[ADM201] certification.
•    Knowledge of Visualforce, Apps, Force.com APIs, and Web Services.
•    Experience with Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile Apps.
•    Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure.
•    Flexible timings and willingness to work in shifts.
•    BE in Computer Science/Information Technology, MCA, BTech.
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with small work orders or enhancement requests.
•    Programming skills are a plus.
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Knowledge of and experience with managed packages.
•    Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization.
•    Service Cloud experience.
•    Experience with Agile solution delivery.
•    Proficiency in SOQL.
•    Ability to troubleshoot technical application issues.
•    Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies.
•    Participation in project handover activities.
•    Understanding of configuration life cycle processes and tools.
•    Experience interacting with global clients/stakeholders.
