Skills, qualifications, certifications, experience:

o   Experience with Business processes from a user perspective

o   Up to 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or similar roles

o   Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

o   Good communication and collaboration skills

o   Ability to work with stakeholders and clarify requirements

o   Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

 

Additional requirements (Will be considered as an advantage):

o   Exposure to software implementation projects or agile environments

o   Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or wireframing tools

o   Understanding of LEAN, Design Thinking, or Change Management

o   Degree in business, IT, or related field

o   Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish)

Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

 

Top 3-5 BA responsibilities:

o   Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements

o   Help create user stories, use cases, and wireframes

o   Support the development team by clarifying requirements

o   Participate in backlog grooming, scope planning, and testing

o   Contribute to improving collaboration and delivery processes
