Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, followed by designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes. The role requires continuous engagement in refining application requirements and ensuring that the developed solutions effectively support business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, customized software applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
- Support the testing and validation of developed applications to ensure they meet defined requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of security configurations and role-based access controls within Workday HCM.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Workday environments.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting and data access permissions.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to align security settings with business policies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
