What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the project release operations and brand teams to develop a channel-user-scenario matching model. This model will align with key regional and global goals, incorporating game content and user behavior data, ensuring precise marketing and the achievement of core project objectives.
     
  • Create standardized processes (SOPs) for managing multiple projects, reducing collaboration friction. 
     
  • Expand the capabilities of the in-house CRM system by defining measurable process optimization goals and collaborating with the tech team to improve system efficiency and flexibility.
     
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by introducing new practices such as AI, low-code content, and chatbots. 
     
  • Lead research on CRM innovations and apply findings to improve departmental performance. 
     
  • Support team development in data insights, system thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in large-scale CRM project management or precision marketing, with an international focus and experience in managing overseas business operations.
     
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies in foreign markets, experience in CRM processes, and expertise in user profiling and analysis. A creative and innovative mindset is essential.
     
  • Strong ability to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 
     
  • Proven track record of driving results and successfully implementing business initiatives.
     
  • Passionate about gaming, with a strong understanding of overseas gaming markets. 
     
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience or familiarity with HoYoverse's games.

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
