About the Role:

Are you a driven Sales professional with a passion for technical solutions?

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to strengthen our Skin Protection division in Poland. Reporting to the Sales Manager based in Germany, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, empowering distribution partners, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic territory development with hands-on engagement across a dynamic and growing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical and market insights to sales partners across relevant segments
  • Evaluate and enhance distributor performance in collaboration with internal sales teams
  • Identify and onboard new customers, driving successful sales outcomes
  • Grow and manage the sales territory while nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and budget expectations
  • Conduct on-site visits and inspections to support customer engagement and product adoption
  • Train distributor teams to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records using Salesforce
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve distributor effectiveness

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Professional experience in the field of B2B sales
  • Located in Mid-South Poland
  • Driving license required
  • Very good written and spoken English (min. B2)
