Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely support and resolution to client issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. - Implement best practices for Commvault Backup Administration. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. - Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes. - Experience in managing and configuring backup policies. - Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting backup failures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
