Job Description:

We are seeking a corporate associate with three (3) to four (4) years experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team, which focuses primarily on venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto venture funds. Qualified applicants will have extensive experience in private investment fund formation and counseling and relevant corporate and securities regulations. Junior applicants without fund-specific experience will be considered if they otherwise have stellar credentials.

Required: superior academic credentials, top-tier professional experience, excellent oral, written, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. 

We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

The anticipated range for this position is:

$260,000 - $310,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.  Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
