What you will do

As a Casual Clinical Consultant, you will:

• Provide on‑the‑ground clinical and technical support to surgeons and theatre staff during Foot & Ankle procedures.

• Become a product expert across our Foot & Ankle portfolio and deliver confident, calm, in‑theatre guidance.

• Build strong relationships with clinical teams, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless case support.

• Work flexibly across Brisbane as required, including weekday cases with occasional weekend or on‑call support.

• Thrives in a fast‑paced theatre environment and remains composed under pressure.

• Communicates confidently, builds trust quickly, and enjoys partnering with clinical teams.

• Is curious, coachable and committed to learning the technical detail behind our Foot & Ankle solutions.

• Has a patient‑first mindset and takes pride in supporting life‑changing surgery.

• Brings clinical experience (nursing, allied health, science, or similar) – or a strong desire to apply transferable skills in a clinical setting.
