Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Role Description: An ITOM Administrator with development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise monitoring, hands-on experience with tools like SCOM, PerfMon, and NetScout, and a deep understanding of Event Management, including event correlation, smart correlation, and CMDB architecture. Must Have Skills: - ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping - Event correlation, smart correlation, and alert deduplication - CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, and reconciliation - Scripting in JavaScript and Glide API - Integration with monitoring tools: SCOM, PerfMon, NetScout - MID Server setup and troubleshooting - Automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Good to Have Skills: - Experience with Agent Client Collector (ACC) - Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) - ITIL Foundation Certification - PowerShell / Python Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Administer and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules - Develop custom scripts, probes, and sensors - Configure and optimize event correlation and alert rules - Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow - Maintain CMDB health and CI relationships - Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams - Troubleshoot MID Server issues - Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Technical Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM and overall 6+ years in enterprise monitoring, including SCOM and NetScout. Proven expertise in Event Management, CMDB, and automation of IT operations. Professional Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships effectively. Educational Qualification and Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM are highly desirable. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6-7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
