This position will play a vital role in managing the quote-to-close cycle, ensuring data integrity, and working cross. RESPONSIBILITIES: • 4-5 years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations, or similar role (SaaS/Tech industry highly preferred). • Strong understanding and negotiation skills of commercial deal structures (subscription, usage-based, milestone, fixed-fee, hybrid models) • Experience working in Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools, and Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Slack-based workflows and automation tools like Workato is a plus) • Experience operating within structured deal approval processes in CPQ Tools • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with contracts, quotes, and pricing structures. • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset; able to partner with multiple stakeholders across sales, revenue, finance, and legal. • Understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle (from pricing through billing and revenue recognition) • Proven capability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly Preferred Qualifications communicate complex financial information.
