Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitor process performance, collaborate with business users to define product requirements, and facilitate process redesign while advising on change aspects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives. - Develop and implement process documentation standards. - Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Strong understanding of business process design principles. - Experience in process mapping and optimization. - Knowledge of change management methodologies. - Familiarity with business process modeling tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
