As an Analyst, you will play an essential role in helping organizations navigate and solve their most critical business and technology challenges. Analysts leverage Huron’s tools, methodologies, and best practices to support the selection, planning, and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Support assigned project workstreams, including work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client presentations
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and leadership to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions
• Analyze requirements, develop functional documentation, support testing efforts, and troubleshoot issues
• Translate insights from meetings into clear, actionable documentation for project teams and clients
• Collaborate with and support junior team members as appropriate
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
2–4 years of experience analyzing business requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage project responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Desire to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support client engagements
