You will be the first point of contact for internal colleagues and external vendors who need help with accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes. You will resolve cases, keep clear records, and work closely with back-office teams. We value people who are curious, dependable, and focused on excellent service. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Answer and resolve vendor and user queries via phone, chat, and email within agreed service levels.
- Log and update incident and service request tickets with clear, accurate information.
- Escalate and route complex issues to the right teams when needed and follow through until resolution.
- Work with back-office teams on invoice processing, payments, vendor master updates, and reconciliations.
- Support procure-to-pay actions such as purchase order amendments, shopping cart approvals, and vendor management tasks.
- Maintain case documentation and contribute to improvements in processes and knowledge articles.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Degree or advanced university study in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or a similar finance support role.
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-service focused with the ability to manage multiple tools and requests at once.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in a service desk or call center environment.
- Knowledge of end-to-end finance workflows and P2P best practices.
- Additional language skills such as French or Portuguese.
- Familiarity with service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Experience with vendor reconciliations and supplier management.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be available to work on-site at our Costa Rica office as required.
Ability to have flexible schedule working in different shifts.
