Job Description

Main purpose of Job:
Marketing Manager position leading psoriatic disease,  palmoplantar pustulosis and oral ulcers associated with Behçet’s disease access marketing initiatives and programs for Apremilast. Candidates must have a proven track record of sales success and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.

Responsibilities:
    Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development
    Engages and involves sales leadership in planning and key initiatives 
    Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness
    Partners with the Medical Communication Manager in the development and execution of the Medical Affairs and Promotional Program
    Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders
    Collaborates with colleagues in other Expansion Markets and corporate office as needed on joint projects.

Basic Qualifications  

     Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.
    Excellent organizational and planning skills
    Good communication/presentation skills
    Demonstrates a proactive attitude toward learning and actively proposes new ideas.
    Bachelor’s degree
    Language: Japanese – Native level, English – Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Qualifications        Knowledge in the area of psoriatic disease and oral ulcers associated with Behçet’s disease
    New product launch or/and co-promotion experience in both planning and execution
    1-3 years as a pharmaceutical sales or MR experience
    Experience as a Team leader
    Experience in Global project or Global coordination
    Enjoys challenge of building a new organization. 
    Bachelor or master’s degree in medical/Pharmaceutical
