What you'll do...
As a senior operational leader, you will set the vision for execution, foster a strong culture of accountability and engagement, and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate order fulfillment for our members. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Operations Managers while driving continuous improvement across the facility.
Responsibilities - Provide strategic leadership and direction to Operations Managers by setting clear expectations, aligning priorities, and holding teams accountable to operational KPIs.
- Lead workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and execution strategies to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment at scale.
- Analyze building-level performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven action plans to optimize productivity, quality, and member satisfaction.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, transportation, HR, and support teams to remove barriers and improve operational flow.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence by ensuring consistent adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Own talent strategy for your span of control, including hiring, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design.
- Sponsor and lead large-scale process improvement initiatives that reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance the member experience.
- Model and reinforce company values while fostering an inclusive, high-engagement environment that supports career growth at all levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management); and 2 years experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide OR 2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates OR 4 years experience in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics /retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
