We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team, focusing on building automation tools and innovative solutions that help web/app owners grow their businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working independently, and driving projects from research to execution. You’ll play a key role in developing internal products that enhance monetization, streamline operations, and bring new opportunities for publishers to increase their revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize automation tools to improve operational efficiency and support publisher growth.
- Build and maintain internal dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create scalable, high-impact solutions that drive better monetization and new revenue opportunities for publishers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Conduct research and prototyping to explore innovative ways to support and expand publisher success.
- Resolve challenging technical issues.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in both frontend and backend coding environments, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
- Proficient in: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience in developing and integrating APIs.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and ES6.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, web app tooling, testing, and debugging.
- A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach, a strong drive to achieve results, and a strong sense of ownership over projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Bonus points for experience with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Docker containers.
- Experience with automation & process optimization is a plus.
- Experience in programmatic advertising, ad servers, or real-time bidding is a plus.
- Familiarity with streaming media protocols (HLS, DASH) and SSAI is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.
