We are looking for a Java Solution Architect to lead and actively contribute to the development of cutting-edge robust, scalable solutions. This role combines technical leadership, architectural ownership, and hands-on coding to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled Java developers while actively contributing to code development.
  • Design, develop, and enhance system architecture in line with business and technology objectives.
  • Write, review, and optimize high-quality code to ensure maintainability and performance.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Promote best practices in coding, architecture, cloud adoption, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Drive adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to ensure scalability and resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Core Java and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
  • Proven experience with cloud-based architectures on OpenShift or Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka) and caching solutions (Gemfire/Ignite).
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and code alongside the team.
