Job Description Summary

In this position you will drive execution and process improvement within Fulfillment IT’s Office of the CIO (oCIO) team, including financial operations, vendor management, and other oCIO priorities. Fulfillment IT is the collective name for Gas Power IT teams supporting Engineering, Product Management, Global Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Sourcing & Logistics, Business Development), and Operations (Quality, EHS & Lean). The Office of the CIO is responsible for enabling financial and operational excellence across the organization.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage processes, contract resources, and systems to enable financial commitments and ensure accurate pacing for a portion of the budget for Gas Power Fulfillment IT. This requires close coordination with Fulfillment IT Program Teams, Sourcing, Finance, and the broader oCIO team.
     

  • Review and approve vendor management requests (VMRs) to enable 450+ annual Purchase Orders (POs). Assist team members in creation and data quality of VMRs. Enable the full purchasing life cycle including resolving issues with PO receiving, invoicing, and payments.
     

  • Drive Power IT oCIO priorities and respond to operational requests from the central Power oCIO team. Examples include: driving annual budgeting submission and revisions; ensuring audit completions; providing data for MORs, Kaizens, Hoshins, and Program Reviews; facilitating AMS annual contract activities, etc.
     

  • Champion continuous improvement. Identify and execute process and system improvements leveraging new technologies and methods (e.g. AI agents) to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate delivery.
     


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with significant experience in IT project management, IT operations, or Data & Analytics
