JOB PURPOSE

Within the Integrated Operations setup the Planning Data & Analytics Manager  will lead the governance & framework of Demand Planning & S&OP across BG Led.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Business responsibility for leading programs like S&OP and FEU.
• Driving excellence in system use and adoption.
• Building standardized WoW & driving adoption.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERING:
    • Single point of contact for all Integrated Forecasting Led programs for LATAM
    • Leading & driving FEU program across LATAM partnering PACE & supporting the demand planners drive adoption, No-Touch & resolve CRs.
    • Leading standardized S&OP process across BG led in line with the principles and WoW agreed with the business. Measuring S&OP relevant KPIs and assessing market maturity.
    • Key role to data driven, outstanding data analytics and important insights to the business S&OP strategy.

• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS (SYSTEMS & PROCESSES)
• LEADER OF THE PLANNERS’ TEAM
  • Leading the demand planning team for the mentioned agenda and being the process expert in the Integrated FC space
  • Single POC for PACE; Demand Planners & IPDs for all Demand led activities.
  • Driving change and new ways of working in the planning organization
  •  Cooperate with senior leadership team on local and LATAM level

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreed completed.
• Data Analysis and Science experience. S&OP process
• Plaftorm and Data Archtecture experience is desirable
• Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is desirable
