What you will do
- Represent Stryker by delivering and distributing products to hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices while providing excellent customer service
- Manage inventory accuracy through tracking, cycle counting, and utilization of loaner kits and warehouse stock
- Prepare, ship, receive, and schedule timely deliveries and returns of products, including answering customer questions and coordinating with branch staff
- Load, unload, and inspect containers for sterility, completeness, and damage; arrange products for transport and organize them at customer sites
- Safely operate company vehicles, including performing routine maintenance, inspections, and keeping detailed service records
- Navigate delivery routes using maps or GPS and adjust routes as needed to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to meet safety and compliance standards
- Accurately complete delivery records, customer receipts, kit inspections, and escalate customer issues or complaints to the appropriate branch personnel
What you need
Required
- Valid US driver’s license with no restrictions
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
Preferred
- Experience with inventory tracking systems in warehouse environment
- Experience with route management and conducting deliveries
- Experience with medical field or customer service are a plus
