ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Follow an established recruitment process to ensure AAP/EEO compliance and provide consistency to our hiring practices.

  • Perform full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organizations needs including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending/negotiating offers.

  • Troubleshoot and design potential solutions to recruiting process or ATS. Develop and fit processes and ATS for organizational needs, specifically targeted at future growth vacancies.

  • Utilize analytics insights to optimize recruitment strategies and execute full-cycle recruitment including identifying, sourcing, engaging both passive and active candidates through creative and innovative recruitment tactics.

  • Represent the company through professional, quality recruiting at community events, face-to-face and virtual settings, and by maintaining enthusiastic and positive relationships with potential candidates.

  • Adopt a consultative approach with hiring managers to understand hiring demands and deliver high-quality service to internal customers by matching employee skills with needs. Partner with hiring managers and HR managers to further develop positional recruitment strategies.

  • Service a variety of role types across different regions and markets. Identify key development regions and build a pool of qualified applicants for each region and or role type relevant to the regional business area.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., Indeed, social media, local partnerships).

  • Develop a deep understanding of localized job markets and stay informed on regional, state-wide and national job market trends.

  • Build and manage relationships to proactively build talent pipelines. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management and demonstrate the ability to anticipate the hiring manager's preferences.

  • Act as subject matter expert providing recommendations to HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process. Assist HR department in other projects and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Understand business goals and key performance indicators. Develop, present and maintain strategies which align with company and business unit goals.

EXPERIENCE

4-6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and Recruiting required.

 

EDUCATION 

2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS 

Experience using an applicant tracking system, Workday preferred.
