As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating and refining technology solutions tailored to new and evolving industries and products. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of technical specifications and project deliverables.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate system requirements into technical designs.
- Ability to work with software development tools and environments relevant to demand planning solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
