Our Team:

Specialty Care leadership team are strong & aligned teams with the fundamental idea to chase the miracles of science to improve people lives.

Main responsibilities:

• Look for efficiencies coordinating events and appointments (internal and external).

• Track invoices and purchase orders.

• Provide outstanding administrative support plus manages T&E.

• Interact with leaders, keeps a strong relation with assistants of other business/functions and a great networking within Iberia.

• Have a smooth relationship with the Alliance team in order to assure an efficient and decisive management procedure.

• Conduct themselves with integrity and is engaged in their work.  Ensure full adherence to the Farmaindustria´s Code of Conduct.

• Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.

• Prioritize in constant bases being nimble and reacts quickly to changes to look for the best solution.

• Constantly look for simplification in the daily work.

• Be proactive and effective time management.

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

About You

Experience and knowledge requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute.

• Have outstanding oral and written communication skills (English fluent is a must).

• Project management skills to support the marketing and sales team.

• Advanced MS Office skills and project management vision.

• Have the ability to use IA tools (ie. Copilot).
