Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above. At least 3 years’ experiences for production/material planning and control, MRP, master scheduling, capacity planning.

• Must have MRP/ERP system knowledge and have excellent computer skills.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and maintain master production schedule based on customer order/forecast & production capacity.

根据客户订单/预测和生产能力，制定和维护主生产计划。

• Production capacity analysis and make adjustment to support customer demand.

生产能力分析并做出调整以支持客户需求。

• Monitor and control inventory in a reasonable level and drive inventory reduction.

在合理的水平上监控库存并推动库存减少。

• Develop, review and maintain planning data such as lead time, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and product capacity, etc.

开发、审查和维护计划数据，如交货期、最小起订量和生产能力等。

• Coordinate with production/engineering/quality departments to ensure on-time delivery.

与生产/工程/质量部门积极协调，确保订单按时交付。

• Track new product introduction schedule and mature product phase out plan.

• Timely review safety stock and past-due order status.

• Collect data for master scheduling performance review (service level, on-time production, inventory, etc).

• Be familiar with FOB order handling process, plan the production well to ensure 100% on time delivery.
