As Distribution Development Manager at Hollard Insurance, you’ll support CBA’s Group-assisted distribution channels, Mobile and Personal Lenders, Premier Banking Home Lending Relationship Managers and Private Banking, helping to protect and improve customer financial wellbeing.

You’ll be part of the Insurance and Retail Advice team, responsible for delivering insurance products through its retail network. We’re a collaborative, energetic team focused on making a real difference for customers.

Based in Queensland, this role will see you lead engagement and performance initiatives across Queensland, Western Australia, and South Australia. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to uplift capability and drive outstanding customer outcomes.

In any given week in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships across CBA distribution channels to drive engagement and performance.

  • Co-create and deliver 90-day regional plans focused on customer outcomes.

  • Coach frontline leaders and Lenders on Hollard products and business performance.

  • Support partners in meeting customer needs within risk and compliance frameworks.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven leadership experience in Financial Services, and strategic planning capability with strong retail banking and insurance experience.

  • Confident training and facilitation skills, with experience preparing and delivering engaging sessions.

  • A commitment to quality sales practices aligned with risk and compliance standards.

  • Strong empathy and listening skills, with the ability to balance stakeholder needs while achieving outcomes.

  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.

  • Flexibility to travel and engage with channel partners across regions.
