The role and responsibilities of the Senior Test engineer (TE) include the following:                                                                                                                                       

: Direct report and get assignment from engineering manager

:TE working with San Jose and Nava sustaining team to lead setup, validate test recipe and configuration on time

: TE will be interface/point of contact between US R&D and Nava Test engineer, coordinating the transfer and bring-up of new test processes and equipment at Nava.

: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk at test process.

: Debug and improving existing test process.

: Report back on US R&D on test result and lead to do FA.

: Ensure DOE/validation test data is collected, compiled, and presented to stakeholders.

: Work with process engineers, mechanical engineers to develop/modify tooling/fixturing and validate performance.

: Work with Nava production line & Engineering teams to prevent and resolve test

: Work with US and Nava product engineers and IT to ensure that MES/Binning Engine/ATR/E-Test system isfunctioning properly and issues are quickly resolved.

: Work with US test engineers to ensure that WIs are reviewed, updated, understood, translated and released. 

Qualifications

: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering/ physic in Optical,Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunication

: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in test engineering of pump laser products

: Strong data analysis capability

: Program manage capability

: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
