The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager in Englewood, Co. or Everett, Wa. to lead our Implementation teams. This experienced leader will maintain responsibility and accountability for implementation of all Digital Solutions, and will be accountable for providing exceptional customer value by ensuring customers’ needs are met, and value is derived from our solutions and services. This leader will develop and execute innovative ways to accelerate time to value, integrate policies and procedures and provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Responsible for leading and developing resources for implementation engagements, providing management of third-party integrations, customer migrations, and leading process improvements. This role is essential for maintaining internal relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. This leader will also manage staff to include recruiting, training, performance and compensation management, motivating, delegating and monitoring results. Significant experience with SaaS solutions, modern technology, leading global teams, and Commercial Aviation set is required.
To be successful in this role, you must be a great leader and communicator, able to nurture crucial relationships with your teams and other customer success stakeholders.
