As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Insulet France, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with home healthcare providers in a €100+M business. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with key clients and partners, focusing on customer satisfaction, support, and achieving set objectives. You will also ensure the monitoring and analysis of sales, forecasting, and the development of business strategies to increase the adoption of Omnipod.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong and strategic relationships with home healthcare providers to ensure the effective promotion and distribution of Omnipod.
- Provide personalized follow-up on clients’ needs and expectations, and design tailored solutions to maximize their satisfaction and strengthen their commitment to Insulet France.
- Deliver both strategic insight to aid good decision-making and help co-create and shape strategies that advance the market potential of Omnipod. Such strategies will both respond to challenges in the environment and align with the future development of Insulet’s product portfolio.
- Lead detailed sales analyses and forecasts to evaluate market trends, anticipate client needs, and guide adjustments of the objectives of the affiliate.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the entire Order to Cash process, from order taking to invoicing and collection, in coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure strategy alignment and achievement of business objectives.
- Stay informed about market developments, competitor initiatives, and innovations in connected health to anticipate new opportunities and challenges.
- In case of issues or complaints, the KAM intervenes quickly to find solutions and maintain a positive relationship. They act as the main point of contact for all questions and concerns.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of competence and expertise in discussing and showcasing our product range and its environment.
- Coordinate projects between different teams, ensuring that local initiatives are supported by international resources and expertise.
Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree in science and/or business
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the medical devices sector / pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Fluent/Professional English (spoken and written for working in an international environment)
Skills:
- Proven experience as a KAM in a similar role within the medical devices sector / pharmaceutical industry or related fields
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty
- Facility with data, data analysis and data-based tools, as well as
curiosity to explore new tools. - Ability to accurately forecast sales by leveraging existing available data and making rational estimates based on gathered insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements :
- Valid driver’s license required
