We are looking for a motivated and relationship‑driven Key Account Manager in UK - Scunthorpe , to join our international Group Sales team. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end relationships with strategic, global customers and play a key part in growing our business across Europe.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic, global customers
• Execute strategic account plans and drive sales growth
• Prepare offers, proposals, and contracts
• Negotiate terms with new and existing customers
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities
• Monitor key account performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Sustainability, Marketing, Technical Services)
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer to help shape initiatives and strategy

What We’re Looking For :

Experience & Education

• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a Technical field
• 3 years minimum in account management, sales, or a related role
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong business understanding
• High self‑motivation, initiative, and ownership
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
• Valid driving license (B category)
