Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project execution and customer specifications.
Assist with planning and scheduling project activities.
Maintain strong technical proficiency through continuous self-learning.
Support engineering and sales with technical insights and recommendations.
Contribute to process improvements and quality enhancements across operations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior technicians and apprentices.
Identify, report, and mitigate hazards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Ensure 100% compliance with Johnson Controls’ Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS).

Ability to hold or obtain a NSW Security Provider Licence.
Strong experience in commissioning, configuring, and troubleshooting security solutions.
Solid understanding of IT networks, server configuration, and system integration.
Ability to design and implement small to medium-sized security systems.
Proficiency in reading schematics and preparing technical reports.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel as required.
