Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Direct and manage staff responsible for designing and monitoring control systems to ensure legal and regulatory compliance applicable to real estate. Accountable for processing and quality assurance in areas such as real estate contracts, Reg W, SOX and OFAC.
2. Lead teammates responsible for operating real estate applications and delivering innovative system solutions.
3. Manage business partnerships with cross-functional internal departments (Enterprise Technology, Sourcing, Risk Management, etc.) as well as external real estate resources.
4. Oversee assigned major, strategic real estate projects at a programmatic level from conception to completion to ensure achievement of business needs with notable risk and complexity.
5. Provides strategy and direction for a variety of technical platforms and create new tools, technologies, processes and best practices for greater effectiveness.
6. Represent Truist in Real Estate Systems professional organizations and associations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management Information Systems or equivalent education and related training.
2. 10 or more years of experience in real estate operations, CMMS or IWMS system project coordination or comparable work experience.
3. 3 or more years of experience with management responsibilities.
4. Ability to manage a team, including identifying and recruiting talent, managing performance, and making decisions about resource allocation.
5. Ability to influence senior level management to adopt a new perspective.
6. Strong knowledge of payment processing, cost accounting and risk management principles.
7. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities.
8. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a succinct manner.
Preferred Qualifications
9. Master's degree and 15 or more years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
10. Banking or financial services experience.
11. Relevant real estate professional certifications.
