Position Summary...

Drive industry-leading supply performance by owning the Supplier Replenishment–Merchant relationship across a portfolio of items. Deliver measurable improvements in On Time, In Full (OTIF) execution, inventory flow, and member satisfaction through data-driven problem solving, supplier collaboration, and operational excellence.

What you'll do...

• Deliver Best-in-Class OTIF: Own supplier and merchant alignment to consistently achieve and exceed OTIF targets, reducing out-of-stocks and improving member experience.
• Optimize Supply Networks: Anticipate and manage upstream supply chain constraints; ensure order generation drives flawless execution across suppliers, distribution, and clubs.
• Resolve Supply Issues at Root: Diagnose systemic inventory disruptions, implement sustainable solutions, and reduce recurring supply gaps. Communicate accurate recovery timelines to internal stakeholders with transparency and precision.
• Improve Efficiency & Flow: Identify and address inefficiencies in supply chain and operations. Create supply plans that align stakeholders and unlock operational capacity for volume growth.
• Maximize Sales & Member Value: Partner with suppliers to align on planning horizons and track inventory movement to ensure critical set dates, seasonal launches, and planogram resets are met—maximizing sales opportunities.
• Drive Daily Excellence: Proactively action replenishment exceptions, preventing downstream supply disruptions and ensuring seamless availability in clubs.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven ability to improve OTIF performance and deliver measurable supply chain KPIs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail supply chains and process optimization.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Data Analytics (SQL a plus) to uncover insights and guide actions.
• Member-first orientation with a track record of translating supply chain excellence into customer value.
• Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and gaining leadership buy-in through clear communication.
• Agile problem solver with a test-and-learn mentality, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to synthesize complex data quickly into actionable insights and recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
