The Position

• Business Operation support:

• Data & SOP Maintenance: Assist in drafting SOPs; collect and input master data into the ERP system to ensure data accuracy.
• Document & Archive Management: Support project document handovers; collect, classify, and archive information to maintain an efficient filing system.
• Bilingual Translation: Assist the department with English-Chinese translation of routine documents, technical materials, and meeting minutes.

• Team Operations & Administrative Support

• Admin & Logistics: Handle day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
• Meetings & Document Processing: Draft meeting minutes, track action items, and prepare routine official documents and announcements.

• Team Culture & General Affairs

• Event Organization: Assist in planning and organizing team-building activities and training sessions to foster a positive team culture.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Efficiently complete other temporary or phase-based tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Cross-Functional Communication & Progress Tracking

• Liaison Window: Act as a departmental contact point to facilitate daily cross-functional communication and coordination.
• Project Tracking: Monitor key milestones of major projects and provide timely progress reminders to respective owners.

• Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Open minded, active, learning spirit, good at communication.

At least 3-5 days/week. The student who can stay until Dec 2026 and based in Shanghai will be preferable.

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

(1) Bachelor's degree or above with a major related to Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or Automation. 

(2) Possess good communication skills, learning ability, execution ability, stress tolerance, and team spirit. 

(3) Proficient in using Autodesk CAD and Office Project software. 

(4) Proficient in using office application software such as Excel, PPT, and Word,especially PPT skill

(5) CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.

(6) Plus: Skills in photography, videography, and video editing (Premiere/CapCut), with the ability to support department event filming and video production.
