The Instructional Designer serves as a course developer and is responsible for assisting the Sr. Instructional Designer build and maintain a role-based curriculum of instructor-led, web-based, and eLearning courses that meet our customers’ training needs.
This role involves all aspects of course development, including needs analysis, high level design, detail design, development, beta testing, finalization for production, and rollout.
S/he interfaces with clients as well as project teams.

What You'll be doing
Design and develop training materials to support an assigned project using common industry development tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite
Training design and development should demonstrate Clario standards of excellence including adherence to corporate branding and development templates as well as creating an effective and engaging learning solution
Maintain quality standards and on-time delivery for all content developed. Content should be efficient, effective, consistent, and meet Clario standards of excellence
Identify and communicate risks in a timely manner
Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory compliance and good clinical practices compliance
Participate in cross-functional initiatives as assigned that lead to continuous improvement of our services, processes, and quality
Education other functional areas on content development process
Evaluate current process for continuous improvement and/or efficiency improvement
What we look for
BA/BS in a related field such as adult education, graphic design, or human resources
1-3 years of experience developing training materials
Ability to manage timelines effectively and to communicate in a clear, professional manner
Strong attention to detail
Experience with rapid eLearning development software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate360
Strong technical aptitude including the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
Candidates may be asked to provide a portfolio or work sample to demonstrate familiarity with software and ability to develop high quality training content
