The role is based in Penang, Malaysia. As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Manufacturing Operations.
Job Purpose:
Drive improvement, monitor and sustaining process / SPC to ensure quality of products are meeting specification
Principal Accountabilities
Know how to use SPACE to monitor SPC charts. Understand all the PR rules and follow CAS correctly.
Organize the SPC working team and drive according to the meeting agenda and update minutes.
Create charts and update chart properties (E.g. control limits) based on SPC request form.
Maintain and Run script for massive SPC Control limit changes and perform audit on SPC Control Limits change.
Generate Weekly, Monthly SPC Summary and ToolMatching reports based on scripts and consolidate the module feedback.
Perform the customer visit/technology transfer pre-audit.
Create and maintainenance excel VBA scripts /AutoIt scripts for SPC reporting
Perform shift duties (12-hours day shift) to support the SPC Control limit changes and complete tasks (E.g. report generation) assigned
Follow SOP for report generation, SPC Chart update as per required and teach technicans on New SOP as required.
Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation (fill up and file the checklists).
Education
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics
Experience
1-2 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry
