What You Will Do:
 

As the Associate Director the duties would include but not limited to the following:

  • Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program.

  • Serve as overall program lead and as the principal liaison between the Government and the Contractor.

  • Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.

  • Assure quality control implementation.

  • Produce required contractual and programmatic reports and briefs.

  • Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.

  • Be responsible for overall project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.

  • Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance.

  • Be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards.

  • Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules.

  • Review and remediate work discrepancies.

  • Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.

  • Responsible for ensuring all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.

  • Be responsible for contract performance.

  • Be responsible for tracking all in - coming Contractor personnel and weekly reports to Government customers of status and processing issues.



What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree -OR- FOUR (4) years experience related to government intel

  • FIFTEEN (15) years' experience engaging with DHS, Intel and other Government entities

  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively.

  • Ability to plan and organize work effectively.

  • Experience in providing intelligence support to and participating in exercises and real-world events.

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
