Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in both Supply Chain and Finance technology and operations, and experience in a manufacturing company or with a similar complex technology landscape.

This role works with a global team and is a remote role that can sit anywhere in Mexico. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as tele-working support.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and understand business needs to document requirements effectively.

  • Leverage your knowledge of ERP systems, Finance Operations and Supply Chain Operations to gather business operations needs for technology systems.

  • Conduct data mapping for interfaces to ensure seamless integration of systems.

  • Provide tactical support for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery within budget and time constraints.

  • Proven ability to take business requirements and use for mapping to testing needs for projects.

  • Ability to lead multiple functional and manufacturing operations groups in gathering requirements and managing change effectively.

  • Maintain an understanding of SOX requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain and Finance technology.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems.

  • Experience in data mapping for interfaces.

  • Understanding of SOX requirements.

  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Products and Azure Dev Ops.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

  • Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
