Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, transforming how the world trades. As part of our continued growth, we are building a brand-new Customer Success organisation in Warsaw — and we are looking for German-speaking Customer Success Parters to join us.

This is an entry to mid-level opportunity ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales support, customer operations, and logistics, working in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales teams, ensuring smooth quoting and a high-quality customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support Sales teams with day-to-day quoting
  • Manage and coordinate customer requests, and spot quotations
  • Communicate with German-speaking customers to provide updates on services, rates, and changes
  • Help resolve customer queries and issues, working with internal teams to find solutions
  • Assist with escalations and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives

 What we’re looking for

  • Fluent German & English (mandatory)
  • 1–4 years of experience in insides sales, quoting, sales support, or shared services (logistics is a plus, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with customers
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
