This position will assist the Global Head of Wellbeing and Benefits Manager – Americas and the Global Wellbeing team in developing, implementing, and managing a wellbeing framework for our people by handling operational activities relating to wellbeing programs and initiatives for lawyers and business services.  This position will also support and participate in global wellbeing meetings and projects to help advance and promote HL|thrive.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities and administration related to wellbeing programs and initiatives in the Americas.
  • Participate in meetings with the Global Wellbeing team, People team, and D&I team colleagues to support implementing our global wellbeing strategy.
  • Compile and track wellbeing activities and costs regionally and globally to assist the Head of Benefits, Wellbeing, and Business Services Compensation – Americas with the annual budget process.
  • Liaise with the firm’s internal communications team to create iPublish communications and other marketing collateral as needed.
  • Collaborate with our internal design team on campaigns and other projects to promote HL|thrive.  Serves as a subject matter expert on firm branding and relevant changes for the team.
  • Coordinate regional wellbeing meetings with Office Administrators and maintain and disseminate minutes.
  • Assist Project Manager – Benefits and Wellbeing manage a regional calendar of wellbeing activities.
  • Collect data for the Head of Benefits, Wellbeing, and Business Services Compensation – Americas for completing time-sensitive surveys and client requests about the firm’s wellbeing.
  • Manage our HL|thrive global wellbeing page, ensuring content is up-to-date, new materials are added/uploaded timely, and site structural changes are implemented as necessary.
  • Researches wellbeing topics and ideas to enhance our current resources and tools as a part of our commitment to promote, protect, and support.
  • Serves as a wellbeing champion and a point of contact in the Americas region.
  • Process payments for all wellbeing activities.
  • Perform other duties as needed to meet departmental and firm goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience or college degree. Law firm experience is strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with senior team members

HOURS

37.5 hours per week, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns.

The annualized salary range for this position is $63,000 to $70,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.  In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exists.
