As the Senior Director – Digital Experience & eCommerce, you will spearhead the growth and evolution of our Dx and eCommerce delivery capabilities from India. This is a strategic role focused on building a world-class delivery hub that can scale rapidly, deliver innovation through AI and next-gen technologies, and eventually grow into a revenue-driving function through global client partnerships.

What you’ll do 

  • Establish & Lead the Dx & eComm in India: Build, scale, and lead a high-performing digital experience and eCommerce team from India. Embed delivery excellence, innovation practices, and strong governance into every layer. 

  • Talent Development & Scalability: Build talent bench to allow more rapid scaling of DX and Ecommerce delivery 

  • Platform & Technical Leadership: Develop expertise and certification capabilities across major eCommerce and Dx platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, Magento). Work closely with platform partners to build channel strength. 

  • Drive Digital Innovation & AI-Enabled Experiences: Bring AI and emerging technology into digital experience offerings. Enable AI Ways of Working, pilot automation, personalization, and customer experience enhancements. 

  • Client Enablement & Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales and global account teams to introduce Dx and eComm solutions to existing clients. Lead the capability narrative and drive penetration into new markets. 

 

 

What you’ll need 

  • 15+ years of experience in digital/eCommerce delivery, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles. 

  • Proven experience in scaling global teams, building new service lines, and delivering transformation programs. 

  • Deep expertise in Dx and eComm platforms, with ability to engage in both technical and strategic discussions. 

  • Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models with global clients. 

  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, performance marketing, user experience, and conversion strategies. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts, shape solutions, and influence deal wins. 

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a consultative and commercial outlook.
