The opportunity
We are looking for an interested and engaged Technical Project Manager to support the Commercial Project Manager with technical knowledge and investigations. This role is critical to ensuring successful project execution while aligning with our strategic objectives.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure that core product knowledge is maintained within the project team
  • Support the Commercial Project Manager, other teams as well as end customers with technical knowledge and act as a sounding board in technical reasonings
  • Ensure product alignment with technical and customer requirements.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and write reports
  • Support the Commercial Project Manager with everyday tasks related to documentation, deliveries and warranty repairs
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electro Mechanics, Information Technology, Materials Science or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical project or product management, quality engineering or related field with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Solid technical understanding and technical interest
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills in Swedish and English
  • Strong sense of ownership of allocated tasks
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, RnD, sales, and operations, to ensure project progress
