Job Summary
Facilitate, monitor, and ensure that all divisions are achieve Operations Strategy target. Develop and support end to end the project initiatives to align with the bank’s vision and strategic to ensure achievement of the Bank

Job Description

• Develop and support end to end the project initiatives to align with the bank’s vision and strategic to ensure achievement of the Bank such as idea competition and Motto
• Monthly monitor team performance to ensure that KPIs and Projects are achieved target.
• Evaluate, communicate, consolidate and monitor the project initiatives to ensure the deliverable and successes 
• Analyze the problem and suggestion the solution to deliver efficiency, productivity and benefits to the bank
• Conduct report, presentation and dashboard for projects initiative and to track the action plan for management
• Work for any matters by assignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administrator, Finance and Banking or related fields
• Has strategic thinking and has banking knowledge
• Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken in Thai/English
• Good attitude and hard working
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in Banking at least 2 years
