Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication. - Implement best practices for system or application support. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD Access Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Wireless Technologies Implementation. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure. - Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience in system integration. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SD Access Implementation. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
