As a Sr. Manager Creative Operations, Marketing you will operate at the intersection of your team and the business. The role of Sr. Manager Creative Ops in our Bangalore team is dedicated to defining and managing a cross-functional effort across Marketing & Digital to shift, expand and operationalize core business functions between our global teams working in close partnership with global strategy.
The candidate will work closely with TC (Target Creative US) Resource Management team, and is counterpart to Target Creative US Resource Planner in executing the strategy for Global Resource Management. Responsible for intake of work to TCB (Target Creative Bangalore), understanding capacity footprint within TCB and providing informed recommendation on whether or not TCB could take on new/incremental/planned projects. Serve as a Point of contact for Target Creative US-led work needing TCB resources assigned,
Also, it is aimed to provide support and coordination focused on (i) capabilities shifts (ii) work transitions and (iii) building out new bodies of work; documenting objectives and plans while also tracking progress to goal to ensure results are achieved on time and expectations are met.
The role works in tandem with Global Strategy in furthering cross-vertical collaboration, communication and partnership to ensure decisions are made with horizontal understanding and clear assessment of overlap/common needs. Coordinating across marketing and digital verticals, the role is expected to work with multiple partners (marketing leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Change, Marketing Finance and other infrastructure partners) and support business imperatives of Global Strategy. You will be responsible of leading a team of Ops and Creative Analysts. You will influence teams and partners and leverage change management best practices. Align on efficiencies (KPIs) important for TC (US) such as reduced annual resource costs, improve resource utilization & productivity and enchance partner satisfaction & trust.
