Summary
As a Salesforce Agentforce + Data Cloud professional, you will lead the design and delivery of intelligent agent and unified data solutions across enterprise-scale Salesforce engagements. You will be responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring Agentforce implementations are powered by trusted, real-time Data Cloud foundations.
This role requires advanced expertise across Agentforce, Agentforce Vibes, Salesforce architecture, and Salesforce Data Cloud. You will collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to drive scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead architecture and solution design for Agentforce and Data Cloud implementations
Define agent orchestration strategies, prompts, intents, workflows, and integrations
Guide teams on conversational design, automation patterns, and AI best practices
Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce data model, Apex, Flows, LWC, and external systems
Drive adoption of scalable, reliable, and secure agent-based solutions
Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
Support design authority reviews and architecture governance processes
Mentor architects and senior engineers on Agentforce best practices
Architect Data Cloud solutions enabling unified profiles and identity resolution
Drive real-time data activation for context-aware agent experiences
Define data harmonization and segmentation strategies
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards
Collaborate with data, analytics, and integration teams
Establish reusable design patterns and accelerators

Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills
Deep expertise in Salesforce Technical and Solution Architecture
Extensive hands-on experience with:
o Agentforce, Agentforce Vibes
Strong understanding of Agentic AI and conversational AI design
Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks
Strong Salesforce integration and security architecture knowledge
Ability to design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
Experience leading multi-team delivery engagements
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
Experience with unified profiles and identity resolution concepts
Knowledge of data harmonization and calculated insights
Experience enabling real-time data activation use cases
Understanding of data governance and privacy principles
Familiarity with modern data integration patterns

Certifications
Salesforce System Architect – Mandatory
Salesforce Application Architect – Mandatory
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist – Mandatory
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant – Mandatory
CTA – Strongly Preferred

15+ years of Salesforce and enterprise solution experience
Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce programs
Strong exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives
Experience guiding multiple teams and workstreams
Familiarity with Agile / SAFe methodologies
