Overview
TruStage Digital Assets, LLC is launching TruStage Stablecoin ($TSDA) to power the future of digital asset payments for the credit union industry and beyond. TruStage Stablecoin will serve as a fully-reserved, institution-focused stablecoin purpose-built for financial institutions. As one of the first stablecoins designed specifically for credit unions and banks, TruStage Stablecoin enables faster, lower-cost, and more efficient digital payments to help banking institutions remain competitive in an evolving financial landscape.
Job Description:
This leadership role plays a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations of TruStage Digital Assets and is responsible for engaging in the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of TruStage Stablecoin (the Program). As Director of Operations, this role will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of stablecoin operations, ensuring scalable, compliant, and partner-enabled delivery of digital asset capabilities.
As a key leader, this position will play a major role in the integration, management, and growth of a broad network of financial institutions, fintech platforms, and technology partners to deliver innovative stablecoin solutions. This role will lead cross-functional coordination and execute the Program’s partner ecosystem strategy to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$141,300.00 - $262,800.00
