Summary: The SAP PS Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Project System solutions to support project planning, execution, budgeting, cost control, and project monitoring activities. The consultant collaborates with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that project management processes are effectively mapped into SAP. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Functional Design & Configuration - Analyse business requirements related to Project Management (projects, WBS, networks, activities). - Design and configure SAP PS functionalities including: - WBS structures - Network & activity planning - Cost planning and budgeting - Project settlement - Investment management integration - Milestone billing - Resource planning and confirmations - Prepare functional design document for RIEFW objects. 2. Integration Management - Work closely with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, and IM teams to ensure seamless integration of PS processes. 3. Testing & Quality Assurance - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve defects. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve defects. 4. Documentation & Training - Prepare configuration documents, process flows, and user manuals. - Conduct training sessions for business users and key users. 5. Data Migration - Responsible for Data Migration Object (FD/FMD) - Supports Data Migration team for PS Objects Migration 6. Cutover & Go-live Support - Support during the Cutover Activities - Supports during the Go-live and Hyper Care Activities Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions. - Experience in managing workshops with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
