Summary of Role:

Support high-volume semiconductor manufacturing by coordinating capacity, managing cycle time, and leading operational excellence across tool sets and work teams. This role is critical to ensuring output goals, product quality, and continuous improvement in a dynamic fab environment.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Drive cycle time reduction through proactive hold lot release, inventory step management, and bottleneck resolution using run plans and WIP analysis.
  • Maximize tool availability and efficiency through manual oversight, automation systems, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Meet manufacturing output and quality goals while adhering to safety, environmental, and security standards.
  • Resolve lot loading issues and manage Real-Time Dispatch challenges to maintain production flow.
  • Collaborate with equipment and process engineering teams to align on goals, priorities, qualifications, and budgets.
  • Monitor critical qualification lots, update trackers, and fill out priority sheets for events like FAC, warm downs, and IT issues.
  • Lead change initiatives, delegate tasks, escalate critical issues, and serve as point-of-contact during management coverage gaps.
  • Identify areas for optimization in cycle time, tool utilization, and cost, while supporting training, certification, and performance review requirements.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills

Expected Salary Range

$54,200.00 - $110,300.00
