Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the SAP BODS application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1) Work with functional SMEs, BAs to review requirements, field mapping documents from source to target 2) Converting requirements into high level and low level ETL design flow diagrams. 3) Create ETL BODS jobs from scratch and implement medium to complex logic as per mapping document 4) Performance analysis of existing jobs, and work on enhancements based on new requirements. 5) Support team in finding their pain points and bringing innovations and automations to enhance teams’ productivity. 6) Prepare FD, TD, UT, Cutover documentation Technical Experience: 1) Greater than 10 years of data integration, ETL Development experience and architecting complex ETL pipelines and should have strong knowledge in SAP BODS. 2) Should have lead independently on ETL Development project – at least 2 end to end development project. 3) Should have good understanding of ETL design concepts like CDC, SCD, Transpose/ pivot, Updates, Validation 4) Should have strong understanding of SQL concepts and can analyze data easily. 5) Should have storing database and data warehouse concepts knowledge 6) Having worked with various file formats like xml, delimited, fixed width etc will be an added advantage. 7) Understand the concepts of data quality, data cleansing, data profiling 8) Must have knowledge on Jira and Defect management. Professional Attributes : 1) Should have Good communication skills and have confidence in speaking with stake holders. 2) Someone who can coordinate with teams and drive the development work. Also, need to take care of end to end deliverables. 3) Should be hands on Collaborative and professional attitude 4) Good in data and analytics to understand complex business requirements and analyze data. Educational Qualification : 15 years of fulltime education with BE/B Tech or equivalent
