- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system efficiency through innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows to enhance application support processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address system anomalies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
